The List was dreamt up in the spring of 2023 when Erin, Jeany, and Katie realized they (unsurprisingly) shared the same frustrations around Christian dating, but (surprisingly) also shared a vision for a way to improve it.
On a couch in Gramercy, the three of them shared their hopes, dreams, and vision for a reimagined way to meet other Christian singles and decided to commit to exploring this small seed of an idea.

The List exists to create opportunities for connection amongst Christian singles in NYC. We want to close the gap between the number of us who are seeking meaningful connections and those who actually find them.
In a world where swiping right and left reign supreme, The List aims to facilitate IRL encounters with people you may not have met if you decided to stay behind the screen.
We are earnestly asking God to continue growing our community of Jesus-following, relationship-seeking, open-minded people. Our desire is that he would orchestrate relationships that will further the Kingdom through our events and our community, in a way that is life-giving, fruitful, and fun!

The List is for Christian singles in NYC who are seeking meaningful connections in pursuit of a lasting and Christ-centered relationship.
In order to reflect the beauty of the kingdom, The List aims to gather open-minded single Christians with diverse backgrounds and church affiliations.
While there are no age requirements to join, The List primarily serves men and women in their mid-to-late 20’s and 30’s.
If that’s you or somebody you know, take a few minutes to Join The List.
If you are not single or actively seeking a relationship but are simply here to stand alongside those who are - thank you! We would love your support through prayer and passing along The List so we can add to our numbers.

Erin mui
An east coast girl at heart, Erin has called NYC home for more than 10+ years. By day (and sometimes by night) she is an accountant, although her true passion is creating spaces of welcome inside-and-outside of church. True to form, Erin is always on the hunt for new friends to play banangrams with and to beat at nertz.

jeany kim
A California native, who recently made her return back to the west coast. When Jeany isn’t focused on her day job in tech, she is usually day dreaming about her next trip or curating her Spotify playlists, and hoping you don’t discover her next-level skills at singing and all things music and worship.

katie mccollough
A Texan turned New Yorker circa 2013 with a heart for community and the local church. Katie has been working in the Fashion industry for the past decade and spends her free time listening to podcasts and frequenting her favorite NYC eatery, Balthazar.
